Eric Lee leads leasing and development for Myriad Public Market on behalf of Great River Food — the firm responsible for structuring tenant agreements, build-out packages, and the site's day-to-day pre-opening operations.
Great River Food brings deep experience in mixed-use hospitality real estate across Southern California, with a portfolio that emphasizes long-term operator relationships over short-term occupancy. Eric is the first point of contact for every prospective tenant — from 170 SF kiosk operators to 3,800 SF anchor concepts.
His role at Myriad covers availability, rent structure, TI allowances, build-out timelines, and site tours. If you've already refined your concept and are ready to talk terms, start with Eric.
